Is Jailbait Legal?

This is a question asked by many people. The definition of jailbait is generally an underage female who is so "enticing" that she acts as bait to adult men. The term jailbait is rather general and generally includes females 13-17, but often encompasses 18 and 19 year olds, even though they are legal. Why that is the case, I do not know. It may just be the evolution of jailbait images on the web. 

You see, jailbait pictures and videos must be non nude and non pornographic for them to be legal. If they are in fact nude or pornographic, they are illegal and considered child porn. Even though most of these girls are teenagers, nudity is still considered child pornography and viewing (and especially downloading and distributing) these types of images is highly illegal.

As so, many jailbait websites have nude images of older girls, often 18-25. These girls look like jailbait, but aren't really. Well, I guess they are in a way- they're supposed to be so hot you'd have to rape'em to have sex with them. However, that's not recommended at all, of course...

In general, viewing clothed pictures of underage girls in non-sexual positions is completely legal. However, you should remember that it's in no way safe for work. You'd probably be better off watching gay torture porn than viewing jailbait at work- at least you can claim discrimination for being gay when you get fired.
